I was pleasantly surprised. It's nerve wracking ordering a refurbished unit but my son's phone was spotless and works beautifully. The ordering process was easy and communication was great. Delivery was also very quick even though the phone came from Dubai.
From order to delivery the experience was wonderful. I was wary initially just because I did not know CD but I received my daughter's Kindle within 3 days. I immediately received an e-mail and SMS when the order was placed, ready to dispatch and all along the way. Thank you for your incredible service.
I opened a support ticket. Received an e-mail with solutions almost immediately. I requested a phone call. Zolani Matsolo called me back, walked me through the steps, solved my issue! Wow. Super impressed!
We chose Easigrass because of it's guarantee and the fact we believed them not to be "fly by nights". Easigrass Somerset West came out quoted and got the job. Everyone was highly professional and friendly. Installation went well. (1 Nov 2017) Then our grass started making bubbles. We contacted them and they came out quick enough. We were told to wait for a bit of rain as they believed the drought had a role to play. It rained and things just worsened. They returned and relaid the same carpet. The following day the bubbles returned and were worse than before.(June 2018). This is how it has stayed. I have sent e-mails and phoned more times than I can remember. Now we are told Easigrass UK are the problem and have not decided what to do. I know we have paid Easigrass Somerset West, which falls under Easigrass SA. It does not help if we pay over our well earned rands to companies in SA who cannot up hold the guarantee. In two days we have had an issue for 12 months! Disgruntled Easigrass customer!!!!
