One of the worst experiences we had to get artificial grass installed, limited communication, installation delays, then not correct product when installing, unhappy with end result. Complaint ignored.
A consultant phoned and offered to remove us from debt review, explained what they do, then asking information, wanted banking details and although I repeatedly stated I do not share such information on the phone coerced me in sharing my bank account number via a WhatsApp sent from the company number, assuring me it is just to get the quote as the system cannot generate it without all the information and no money's will be deducted, whole on the phone with the consultant I had to approve Debi checks on my banking app, the consultant assured me it us just procedure. I then stated I need to discuss with my partner first before making a decision, again assured me that we have 3 days to submit the documentation needed to accept the offer and if they do not get it back, they cannot continue. Last night a huge amount of money went off my account. I went to see the company and they seen the WhatsApp messages and agreed that I did not agree to anything as I have sent a message that we will not be going with their offer. They stayed today that that message is not valid as the WhatsApp is only for documentation. They will refund but are going to keep R1000.00 for bank charges. This is a **** to make money....
I am highly disturbed that I have been handed over to a laywer for school fees that was supposed to go of on a debit order. We phoned to ask why the debit was not done, and were told to wait until the school is open after our calls were redirected to the Curro holdings, since it was still school holidays. Head office told us not to make payment, because if we make payment, it cannot be refunded should the school run the debit orders. Today I received a message that I have been handed over to a lawyer for outstanding school fees.
