The service is to say the least "poor" and when looking into a problem it never seems to get resolved, it takes week, not days and they have no idea what service is
I have been a customer of Eskom for the past 17 years at least and not once have I not paid my account in full or to the nearest R10.00 above the invoiced amount. This month I did not see my account until it was paid, and low and behold I paid R1200.00 instead of the R1316.19 and this months Invoice has the statement on it as follows:Balance brought forward is reflected in the current amount and must be paid by 2024-12-02 to avoid disconnection. Please ignore if already paid. I feel that this is to say the least disgusting and done in rather poor taste, the municipalities owe BILLION and Eskom just lets the debt get bigger and bigger, action is slow to say the least. But a person who has paid every single bill before the due date and a little more than invoiced, gets a message that is totally uncalled for on the bill. ESKOM YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
I have had an issue with streaming, and video applications between 18:30 and 22:00 most evening and this is due to congestion on the network between VOX and Frogfoot. The link between the 2 providers either needs to be upgraded so that the streaming / video calling will not have an issue. When I use my LTE router then the streaming does not have issues and to video call is a great experience. Looking for an alternative provider as soon as the year with VOX is complete
They take, take and take, they have no idea as how to communicate with customers and the call centres are not very helpful should you not get a person eho takes your querry to heart. No power die to a "fault" for 3 days on and off and no commitment for the Port Shepstone CNC supervisor/s.
