I would like to commend Ford Sandton on their amazing service. Quinton the Service Manager has been absolutely outstanding. My bakkie had an issue that another Ford dealer messed up and Quinton and his team took it upon themselves to assist and get my Bakkie on the road again. I would also like to commend Ethan who is the technician that worked on my bakkie for his daily feedback and amazing service. This is a guy who is going places for sure. His knowledge is superb and customer service is not something i have seen at any dealer before. Truly amazing.
Have been there a few times and thought its worth a review. Fantastic Service, amazing atmosphere and the owner as well as the staff are so friendly !!! Will keep coming back!

Although the lady that was trying to assist me at the Clearwater Mall branch was a great help, i just can not seem to move my account to my business name. i have sent all the necessary document (Twice , because for some reason it got misplaced) and the debit order is still going off my personal name. Can someone please assist
Hopefully this might get a Business Bankers attention. Can someone please call me so that I can open more accounts with your company? I have sent 2x mails already , been on hold twice for 30 min at a time to try and get hold of someone and gone to your Clear water Mall's branch. While I was waiting for what felt like a lifetime in a que , only to be told when I got the the fort that the business banker resigned.... The service is pathetic to say the least and I cant seem to ever get hold of my business banker.... Come on guys! I

Hi Im very disappointed and angry with the way you guys treat your customers. Ive called in to try and migrate my package because my phone was used for business and is not anyore. My contract is costing me R2000pm. I first wanted to cancel my contract but was totally shocked to hear that cancelling my contract will cost me R24000.00 I then asked to be migrated and apparently that will cost me around the R4000 mark? Guys? Whats going on? Ive been a client of you for as long as i had a cellphone .... is this how you treat the people who are loyal to you? I have had numerous problems with Vodacom and honesty cant wait to move over all my devices and Wi-Fi to another provider once my contract is finished. I was on hold for 1 hour and 18 min then there came a automated message asking me to rate the service?. Its unreal! Ill consider staying with Vodacom if they will be able to waive the migration cost
