Unprofessional and waste of time
Calling for an appointment was too complicated. Lady couldn't provide a price for a blow wave. Said she wasn't sure if I would be allowed to arrive with washed hair at salon. How absurd!!! She would have to get back to me with price. Waste of time. Going back to Silk blowdry bar -easy transaction

****** and Damage caused
I contacted Paul to have my 80m² apartment deep cleaned. He forwarded the quote to me and it states that a deposit is required. I offered to make deposit to which he responded that a team would be booked for the entire day and therefore required full payment. I paid in full. BIG MISTAKE as this left me with no recourse. The team started at 9am and were finished by 12 mid-day. No such thing as deep cleaning and booking out the entire day!!!!! They do not adhere to colour coding of cloths and no cross contamination! They did not clean the walls and ceilings as per agreement. The blinds were dusty. The cleaners do not use water and chemicals,just Handy Andy directly onto surfaces. I installed 2 new shower heads and arms, they stained it terribly. Paul assured me he would send the team out the next week to clean up thoroughly and attempt to remove stains from shower heads- Still waiting!!!! I called supplier of shower heads to find out if they had any problems with the heads and showed them pics. They said never and were convinced that damage was caused by chemicals. I called him with complaints and negative feedback a day after the the service. He said the staff said all was in order. Not true!!!! DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. You will be disappointed and your belongings will be damaged. DONT FALL FOR THE PAYMENT IN FULL requirement before booking.
