I took my son to his pediatrician and payment was from my pocket. I had to claim it from my medical aid later. First visit was not an issue, I got my refund however I have not been refunded for his second visit which was in October. No proper communication, just an automated email response which is frustrating because when you call they are hard to get in touch with
Poor communication is what I’ve been getting from GEMS. They claim they will get Back to you with an automated email response but hardly if never
Not happy with how I to date have not received my refund whereas I moved out in August
Not happy with how long it takes for one to get their refund on their deposit. I moved out August of this year and to date o haven’t received my refund. The lack of proper communication is what irks me the most
