DISAPPOINTED
Been at the center since 10:30 no one was there to assist and show which queue to join only to be stuck in the wrong queue for 3 full hours then the lady in reception at least took her time to tell me which queue to join next time, it's now 14:03 still in another queue just to get medication since I have high blood pressure. This is not fair at all, no one should be in the clinic for this long.

Disappointed
I am honestly very disappointed with the Gandhi square branch, I've been using Marie stopes for years and have never experienced this. My appointment was for 11:30 but because of the possibility of a queue I decided to get here early I got here @ 10 :00 but it's now 12:40 still haven't been attended to. When I got here the lady in thee reception didn't even take my name told me to go sit in the waiting area then I had to go and enquire what I was supposed to do @ around 11 because other people were coming in and filling forms only then did she take my name then told me to go wait I don't need to fill a form. Still waiting even now. I am extremely disappointed. I've always had good experience coming to the center over the years even recommended it to a few people but what's happening today is disheartening. I would have even appreciated if they at least informed us if they are short staffed but no one is saying anything.
