Xmods ****mers and dies not care about customers

Had a issue with a Ps4 slim power supply. I received the power supply. I tested it in my console and my console only beeped on eject. I assumed my board was dead and had to resell the power supply at a loss to make some of the money back because I didn't feel it deemed a refund due to being my problem. After I resold it we found out that the power was in fact Doa. The guy I sold it to had to cut a piece of the plastic to fit the psu afterwards we found out that the psu was not working. I shipped it back for warranty claim. They never acknowledged receiving the psu. Only after I sent a message they sent a message back that warranty is void due to the plastic that was cut. Now under normal circumstances I would fully agree with the outcome but I never received a working psu. I had a huge financial loss. They couldn't even honor the warranty even after I shipped them a new cover to replace the cut cover. The cover was cut in a way they it would not in anyway damage the psu or would interfere with how it performed. I merely did it under desperation to atleast regain some of the funds. Infact xmods after sale service is terrible. I sent again another message today but no reply. I would be weary buying again or would urge anyone to test and make sure they get a working part. But the product received is just as terrible as the after sale service I received. Avoid at all cost. All the parts I purchased was excellent. But this was the first time returning a faulty part. It was a few days after purchase. I don't have a problem purchasing parts from xmods. The issue is when you either need after sales service or a warranty claim. The owner ignores your messages and hope you dissappear it would seem. The never even ignolaged receiving my psu.also then I was blamed soldering on the board because there was wet flux. Avoid buying altogether.
