Do not waste your money on Xmods
I had my controller sent in to have hall effect joysticks installed,upon using my controller when it returned i noticed that it wasn't working correctly,I had it tested and i discovered it wasn't calibrated correctly nor was it tested properly otherwise they might've noticed they put in a faulty joystick, again it is obvious it wasn't tested, very poor service. I basically paid them to break my controller.

Do not waste your money on Xmods

My previous review was deleted now? Is this a joke, Ive literally been ****med by this business they returned my controller to me in a non working state when they themselves confirmed they couldnt find an issue with it...... what is happening, how is this lireral ****mer allowed to run his business like this and treat customers like trash (tries to gaslight them for simple questions)

****mers, *****ing and giving back incorrect stuff
have dealt with them in the past and all the parts I've ever received from them have been such terrible quality (Think it's cheap Chinese junk) but more recently I sent a controller to be repaired and when I went to collect it looked like they were trying to give me someone else's unit... when I brought this up with them, they got defensive and aggressive. I feel like they stole my parts and gave me some junk they just had lying around, would advise to stay away. don't believe all the positive review pretty sure some of it is friends' family or employees writing them. not trying to be malicious just don't want someone to make my mistake and regret it...... (Also they sell Chronus, very looked down upon in gaming circles)

Wayne helped me fast and had great communication. Product is working perfect and can play CoD competitive again

Xmods ****mers and dies not care about customers
Had a issue with a Ps4 slim power supply. I received the power supply. I tested it in my console and my console only beeped on eject. I assumed my board was dead and had to resell the power supply at a loss to make some of the money back because I didn't feel it deemed a refund due to being my problem. After I resold it we found out that the power was in fact Doa. The guy I sold it to had to cut a piece of the plastic to fit the psu afterwards we found out that the psu was not working. I shipped it back for warranty claim. They never acknowledged receiving the psu. Only after I sent a message they sent a message back that warranty is void due to the plastic that was cut. Now under normal circumstances I would fully agree with the outcome but I never received a working psu. I had a huge financial loss. They couldn't even honor the warranty even after I shipped them a new cover to replace the cut cover. The cover was cut in a way they it would not in anyway damage the psu or would interfere with how it performed. I merely did it under desperation to atleast regain some of the funds. Infact xmods after sale service is terrible. I sent again another message today but no reply. I would be weary buying again or would urge anyone to test and make sure they get a working part. But the product received is just as terrible as the after sale service I received. Avoid at all cost. All the parts I purchased was excellent. But this was the first time returning a faulty part. It was a few days after purchase. I don't have a problem purchasing parts from xmods. The issue is when you either need after sales service or a warranty claim. The owner ignores your messages and hope you dissappear it would seem. The never even ignolaged receiving my psu.also then I was blamed soldering on the board because there was wet flux. Avoid buying altogether.

Very good service
Being an internet company, I was initially concerned about using Xmods. However, that was several years ago. Since then, I have used them to make purchases and also to have gear repaired. They have been excellent on all counts. They communicate, they respond to emails, they call you with updates. I can HIGHLY recommend xmods for their customer care.

Very good service
