Is this a joke, Ive literally been ****med by this business they returned my controller to me in a non working state when they themselves confirmed they couldnt find an issue with it......

what is happening, how is this lireral ****mer allowed to run his business like this and treat customers like trash (tries to gaslight them for simple questions)
