****mers, *****ing and giving back incorrect stuff

have dealt with them in the past and all the parts I've ever received from them have been such terrible quality (Think it's cheap Chinese junk)

but more recently I sent a controller to be repaired and when I went to collect it looked like they were trying to give me someone else's unit...

when I brought this up with them, they got defensive and aggressive.

I feel like they stole my parts and gave me some junk they just had lying around, would advise to stay away.

don't believe all the positive review pretty sure some of it is friends' family or employees writing them.

not trying to be malicious just don't want someone to make my mistake and regret it...... (Also they sell Chronus, very looked down upon in gaming circles)
