Be Aware and do you research before out-sourcing your business
Good morning – just a friendly warning that your company must do your research before outsourcing work, which is connected to your name. I am referring to Xtreme Door – I contacted the number on the advertising board and when they company came out to give me a quotation the branding on the vehicle was - Xtreme Doors. They have taken my deposit but to date have not installed any door or gave my money back. When I posted a review on Hello Peter they were quick to try and intimidate me. They also claimed that you – The Garage Door Group - outsource my business to them. Please take the time and go and read the reviews on Hello Peter - THEY ARE DRAGGING YOUR NAME THROUGH THE MUD ! !

Extreme Doors - UPDATE 4 Dec 2023
Just show you what type of company this is and how twisted they are - I submitted my first review on Hello Peter on Friday 1 December 2023 at 08:33. At 09:11 I received a message saying that – “ they showed the review to the owner and he asked that if they come TODAY to install the door will I remove the review and go and cancel my ***** case..” At first I was reluctant but out of pure frustration and desperation to get my money or something back I agreed. They gave me a time of 1 Dec 2023 at 15:30 with the agreement that if they get to site I will remove the review. BY 15:54 NOBODY WAS AT MY HOUSE AND NOBODY PHONED ME TO THIS MINUTE Please warn your friends and family and everybody you know to do their homework - These guys have no problem to take and use our money and never give the client a second though to whom this experience is traumatic because it is blood money – repairs or installing a garage door is not pocket money ! !

Xtreme Doors - be XTREMELY careful
PLEASE LOOK OUT – we saw this advert board for “The Garage Group” in the back yard of a residential area off Wilgerood Road. We contact them for a quotation – this was the beginning of our ordeal. The appointment for the quotation was changed 4 times – multiple times on one day. When they eventually came to take the measurement for the quotation, they came with a bakkie with the “Xtreme Doors” branded on the bakkie. The first thing I asked him was that once the quote was accepted how long before installation. I was told that if the deposit of 70% was paid in before 12, the installation can be done the same day. Received the quotation on 11 October and paid R7 000 deposit on the 13th of October 2023 requesting installation for the 20th – a week later. Got confirmation that the deposit was received, and I was added on the book for the 20th. On Sat the 21 Oct received updated Invoice showing my deposit and the outstanding balance with Gavin’s name on it. The 20th came and around 15:00 nobody was at my house when I made an enquiry got a message back saying “OH, I though they were there …..” It was just getting worse – they will set up an appointment and just don’t pitch or I will get promises and one excuse after another. On the 30th they should have been here at 8:00, at 11:00 I received a message asking me what color and pattern I want they are at the supplier picking up my door – which had to be installed a week earlier. I have been asking Gavin to call me for weeks – multiple times a day and receive no calls. When I asked for my money back, I was told sorry it is a Caravan door, please can they come and install. Out of this all – the appointment to have my door installed was changed 11 times, just to have something seeing that Gavin is refusing to give my deposit back I gave them 2 chances which was also changed 3 times. The last date i was promised it will be done was Tuesday 28 November 2023 My husband stopped at the property where we saw the advertising board and there were a bakkie in the driveway with another name on. The young boy confirmed that the bakkie is Gavin’s and the number on it is his. They NEVER answer my phone call – and NEVER called me back. If I didn’t call or follow up there would have been nothing. All correspondence happened through What’s App messages - 079 376 6675. To this date I have NO garage door and NO refund and NO calls. It came to our attention that Gavin is dealing under 4 company names - Advert - The Garage Door Group Quotation - Xtreme Doors E-Mail address - Xtreme Roller Doors Bakkie in yard - Garage Door Repairs The only EXTREME they are is - EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, EXTREMELY AROGANT and EXTREME ******
