BAD SERVICE😞😞

On the 30th of november ive made payment to the wrong agency which was ****4u ive made a payment of 1435.00rand i called them and explained that i by accident made a payment to them nd if they could just reverse my monies back they have been up nd down with me with stories nd the stories u must hear omw her name is lindiwe ive made a immediate payment and lindiwe said the monies did not reflect how can monies not reflect if u made a immediate payment lindiwe asked that i give her time till 10-30 this morning 1 of December but still nothing very very very dissapointed in there sevice they wont get rich from taking from others
