Don't do it!

My daughter was enrolled for 2 years and her marks went down. After changing tutors her marks went from 64 to 85 percent. Be warned this is not a tutoring service! At master maths you are put infront of a computer and forced to work on your own. I found the staff to be rude and whenever my wife or I complained they made it seem as if we where the problem. I found the lack of professionalism to be absolutely astounding. The staff smoke openly while supervising the pupils and the remarks made and the manner of treatment towards the cleaning staff and students were really unacceptable. I was also quite upset at what I heard from my daughter about the way in which the staff gossiped about the other students and openly mocked them. If you take one thing away from this review it should be that both you and your wallet will regret it. Don't use this service! You will be putting your child aswell as yourself through alot of unecessary stress. If you are looking for a tutor ask your child's teacher or the local Facebook group. Don't go to this company where your child is just a number and a paycheck. Go local because Local is Lekker.
