I'm writing to report a disappointing experience with a bag I purchased from an Avon representative in October. After using it once, I discovered a quality issue. Despite my efforts to resolve this, I've been met with resistance. - I contacted the rep, who claimed Avon wouldn't replace or refund the product. - I reached out to Avon, and you instructed me to give the complaint form to the rep, which she's refused to complete. - She's now blocked me, leaving me no choice but to escalate this further. I demand a full refund for the defective product, which I didn't contribute to. I'm tired of the back-and-forth emails and poor service.
