My internet has been down 18 days in the last month. Vodacom blames vumatel, vimatel says to speak to my ISP. Each time I contact them they have a different storie, a technician has been dispatches since last week but he must of gotten lost cause he still has come. They sent me a new bill for this month, but it haven't had internet. When i asked to log a ticket for credit for the days I've been down they said they can only log a ticket once this issue has been sorted out.
They are a ****. If you try to contact them they don't answer and when they do they keep quiet and say nothing they just keep you on the line.You have to fill in they form on their website because their email doesn't work. They send you a quote within 20minutes but if you reply to that email they sent you the quote from its says the email doesn't exist.
