Looking at the prior reviews of this business, is what convinced me to do a purchase; however, my experience with Parko Brick and Sand is extremely unfavourable. The company contacted me after my previous HelloPeter post and advised that my order had been cancelled due to the post and offered a refund. They also were concerned that future customers would be reluctant to purchase from them and had reported the post with 'evidence' to have it removed. It must be made clear that the complaint lodged by myself is well supported by facts and evidence, all of which is available for scrutiny. This debacle has caused me to incur costs for un-utilised labour during this period and having to endure daily undertakings that a refund was processed. After several attempts to contact the company to obtain a refund, they have opted to randomly read my Whatsapp business account messages and stay silent. I am aware that nothing will become of an SAP charge(but will try nevertheless) and will reach out to the bank that receives their payments and unknowingly facilitates their ******** intentions.
Order placed on 29/04/24, delivery was due by 01/05, excuses were provided daily, on 03/05/24 delivery was rescheduled for 10am 06/05/24. Tried calling and messaging them again, to no avail. Communication has come to an end. Their invoice reads BB Supplies. To all those who received their orders, well done to you, to those who doubt my experience, look within for your reason.
1. A single ticket for Ultra Jhb was purchased; 2. Two debits were processed on the same day, hours apart; 3. Issue was raised with Howler and confirmed that only a single ticket was purchased and need proof of a double debit. Proof was submitted; 4. Howler did not respond and a follow-up was done. They requested a bank PDF as official proof of payment made. This was submitted; 5. Several follow-ups have been made and Howler Support simply ignored my requests and failed to respond; 6. This is construed as online fraud and the SAP were approached for assistance. Needless, they could not understand the issue being reported; 7. It was suggested that I approach Commercial Crime unit and I have advised Howler that this would be a last resort; 8. Yet again, they fail to respond.
