Hi my name is Charmaine Carelse I would like to a lay a formal complaint regarding policy pay out , policy was taken out on the 9 May 2023 and first payment made on 1June2023 ,and six payment made November on pension day , So my mother passed on 16 November 2023 and as per your agent u are covered the moment u take out the policy ,I was never told about an acceptance date witch only I heard the day app**** for payout witch was on the 17 November 2023 my complaint is I was only payed out R500 ,not I had to come ur office 2twice and numerous phone calls I have made Policy no DPA8 -0101951 Deceased Rachel Carelse Beneficiary Charmaine Carelse Please can u assis
