First and last order

Not impressed with Kaalfoot at all. We bought 3 pairs from them, husbands shoes does not fit at all the way it should and we are not happy with it. It feels way to loose and the sole is floating around as he walks. We requested for the shoes to be returned and now we are liable to pay for courier to send it back. First time ever I see a company charge a customer for courier fees when the customer is not at all happy with the product.
