Non responsive.
Trying to cancel a membership is made difficult. When you do send emails, you don't get a response until you push. Eventually got my membership canceled, two years after I left the city where I was a member.

Not recommended
Unfortunately this business is lacking in several areas. Quality control is poor, commitments aren't met and the owner is difficult to deal with. I have a challenge with his work quality and it isn't being addressed, despite extensive communication. This company isn't recommended.
