Very poor customer service. Documents sent on Friday and budget claims that they haven't received it 2 days later.
No feedback received on claim. Tried calling, on hold indefinitely. Poor service
The agent was excellent in logging a warranty claim. The claim.is still in progress
I purchased a genuine leather set with console in November 2024. I was promised the set will be ready before 20th December. It wasn't ready. The team kept ignoring my follow ups. The only response received was in February after a wrote a negative online review. The set was eventually delivered on 15 March but is incomplete. The console was excluded. I was promised by Marilyn that she will get back to me on this. It's a week later and she hasn't and she's ignoring my messages. I'm totally disgusted by the poor service. Buyers pls be aware and think carefully before doing business with this company.
I took my t cross in last year to Lindsay Saker Edenvale whilst it was still under warranty to investigate the ineffective aircon unit. They reported back that the unit needed to be regassed only. After a few months I started having the same problem with the unit not blowing effectively. I asked them to check it again in November. They now say that the unit has a leak. The service agent Aveshni Govender also told me that a dye test was not performed last year. So my question is how did they conclude last year that there was no leak if a test was not performed. She also told me that 9 other t crosses has the same problem.. so in my opinion this is a factory manufacturing defect. My vehicle is now out of warranty and Lindsay Saker doesn't want to replace the unit. This problem was picked up whilst the vehicle was still under warranty. It seems like the technician at the time didn't perform a proper test and now I am.disadvantaged. I'm very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and incompetence at the dealership. I escalated this matter to VW SA. I had to send a follow up email after 48 hours as they didn't get back to me. Eventually wen they did get back to me they said that they can't assist me. I need to contact the dealership. I told them that the service agent confirmed that a dye test was not performed previously and all they said was that I should request the job card from.the dealership. VW, I'm.extremely disappointed that you didn't investigate this matter fully and independently. It seems that there's a known issue of defective aircon units on the t crosses and what are you doing to address this. This matter was raised whilst the vehicle was still under warranty. Yet yourll expect me to pay for manufacturing defects and incompetence at the dealership. Yourll need to step up..the lack of professionalism is concerning. The matter of the defective aircon units as well as inadequate investigation into this matter will be escalated to the automotive ombudsman for investigation.

I won't advise anyone to take their vehicle there. They are *********** and cannot be trusted. Rather support other dealerships that are ethical and trustworthy. They don't deserve even 1 star...
