On 31 December 2025 at 07:21, I experienced a fault with my car on my way to work. I immediately contacted Renault Germiston for assistance, and Nonty advised that I bring the car in before 09:00 as they were closing early for the day. I rushed to the Germiston Service Centre, and upon arrival, Nonty ensured that my car was attended to promptly by a technician for diagnosis. She kindly asked me to wait while the diagnostic process was completed and directed me to the waiting area. While waiting, I logged into my laptop to continue working. Shortly after, Cynthia approached and, upon learning that I was waiting for my car, graciously offered me an office space to work comfortably. I truly appreciate the exceptional level of service provided by the team today—I felt like a VIP! A big thank you to Nonty and Cynthia for going above and beyond.
I lodged my car accident claim with budget insurance on the 28th August 2024. Today ( 2nd Sep 2024) I called budgets to follow up on my claim.I was so frustrated with the lack of communication from budgets until i spoke to Emmanuel (claims department). He advised that that my claim has been settled with the panel beaters. I was at the verge of cancelling my policy with budgets due to the service i received from Bulelwa who was very rude to me during the call. Tables turned when i called in today and spoke to Emmanuel, he reassured me that I am with the right insurance company. He went over and above to ensure that my car repairs are booked with RENEW IT and organized with Europcar for my courtesy car. This was done within 30 minutes of our call. Emmanuel you are a star and deserve a good performance bonus or raise.
