1. False advertising on their page. They do NOT manufacture their item. It is Chinese 2. Sizing is hopelessly inaccurate so the fit is way off the mark 3. The same Chinese item can be bought from a current popular Chinese marketing company for around R40 which is way less than the R350 they charge loclly for the same product I suspect that at best, they have the shoes branded locally after buying bulk from China. This is a bitter disappointment and these people should be exposed. I will also be reporting to the advertising standards authorities and media
700 MB DISAPPEARED OVERNIGHT?? FECKN REALLY???? AND ZERO RESOLUTION TO MY PREVIOUS COMPLAINT? AND DONT GIVE THAT BULL**** ABOUT "WE ARE ESCALATING ETC" ****** USELESS THIEVES
Incompetence, lies, confusion and downright disorganised. When your contract is up for renewal, you get dozens of calls from anonymous people to remind you. But when it comes to ACTUAL face on service, it goes out the window. After being been a loyal Vodacom customer for way over 10 years, with numerous devices, l decided to downs calendar and take the fibre route. Of course Vodacom were happy to accommodate me but then the application was denied for some stupid reason that nobody seemed to know about. It was a simple consolidation to fibre. EVERY time l have had dealings with Vodacom Cresta, there has been some ****up or problem BUT l stayed loyal to the brand. This fiasco was the last straw. I finally found a way to avoid the frustration and BS from Vodacom AND Cresta branch. Come Monday l am cancelling ALL my Vodacom contracts and moving to another, more accommodating service provider. So if you need a solution to your frustrations with these *****s, do as I am. Bye bye Vodacom. It's nice to know business is so good, you can afford to lose clients
