Unsatisfied customer

I booked a vacation around April to go to Bloemfontein on the 15th /12/2023 and I just received an email that they're temporarily closed and may request a refund which I did but haven't received my refund or any updates. I tried to enquire about the refund bt no response from them. I am disappointed with their unprofessional way of handling this problem. Jamela
