I did a trade in deal with them, they made made a mistake with payments leaving me on a deficit to which they refuse to pay. Its been 4 months and they simply don't care. I thought the matter would be expeditated after reaching dealer principal but still. I don't recommend them at all, you guaranteed to have problems that they will be too busy to solve as they would no longer care about you but the new client. SAVE yourself, dont not deal with Williams Hunt the Glen Car dealership.
Had a good experience first from the agent that signed me up, to the consultant assisting on the easy to navigate app and ofcourse the great premium. Am happy
I took the RCS credit card through Makro, worst decision ever!. They sent me a link to make payment and i did (it was the second time i payed this way), one or two days later they calling saying i hadn't payed, their agent advised that i send proof of payment via WhatsApp which i did and received acknowledgement after over a week. They have been calling every second day to make payment and each time I tell their agents that I made payment on 27/10/2023 they say they will make a note but it never gets resolved. The matter has not been resolved till today, I went to Makro we called RCS and they said sent email with POP and i did immediately but they responded to it after 3 damn weeks and without resolution might I add. I'm still receiving emails and calls but none to resolve the matter which was an error on their side, from the 27/10/23 to 11/12/23 they just call, send emails and SMS's reminding me that I owe them which is wrong and my account is handed over. RCS is an absolute disappointment, people need to save themselves the trouble and frustration, its really appalling to say the least. what a Phuck up!!!
