My mother's car was collected and they told her because someone else was inspecting it is no longer covered by warranty, we accepted that, then they sent a quote for the repairs total R18k we swallowed the pill gathered the funds and paid because we need the car back, they promised it'll be ready in 21 days, the time passes they keep telling us it'll be ready the next day for 10 days. Close to 40 days later they say that the car is making noises and there is another part that requires replacing and it is R14k. I am beyond frustrated at the unprofessionalism and the ***** like behavior

Williams Hunt The Glen Isuzu has shown me their deepest level of incompetence in coding a spare key for my Isuzu double cab. They had my car since Monday (01.09.2025) until today. No hope of coding the key. I am without transport and they don't seem to be bothered. Their communication is very little to nothing, often giving me the impression that they are doing me a favour. The workshop foreman promised to call me first thing this morning (04.09.2025), he didn't. I called him twice in the morning, goes to voice-mail when they transfer me to him. Called him again at 16h30 and he told me he worked on my car until 10am, but forgot to call me because he got busy. I just want my car back, and this is the last time I am ever gonna send my car to them.

I had the most terrible service ever received , Not only was the communication poor , there was also damage to the bakkie I purchased. The lunatic manager also went out of her way to give me a horrible experience, and then when o didn’t want to take the care, I wanted to cancel, then they came to my shop, to get aggressive with me. They were actually trying to intimidate me because I was canceling the deal. Big drama, long story short, we excepted the bakkie because they refused to leave our premises, and then the two *****s that was with the manager tried to get ****y with me and insult me, they even tried to call the cops. What a uselsss dealership, what a useless experience, now I have this new bakkie and I’m not even exited , or even want to drive the thing. What a terrible experience

I did a trade in deal with them, they made made a mistake with payments leaving me on a deficit to which they refuse to pay. Its been 4 months and they simply don't care. I thought the matter would be expeditated after reaching dealer principal but still. I don't recommend them at all, you guaranteed to have problems that they will be too busy to solve as they would no longer care about you but the new client. SAVE yourself, dont not deal with Williams Hunt the Glen Car dealership.

For past 5 years, I have been taking my car to them for service, I have never skip a service or change the service provider. Then only to have car having a cam belt break and breaks all the valves. When I enquired, I was told it was changed on 150000km and currently it's sitting on 215000km, so it broke just after 65000km. Either it was not changed as claimed or poor workmanship. Very disappointed to incur extra cost, I was trying to avoid by taking to the official dealership.

They are the worst dealership ever. I battled for hours to book a vehicle for a service. I tried booking online twice and received a call from a sales agent trying to sell me a car. Yes, sell me a car. After I filled in all the information to BOOK a car for a SERVICE. I phoned three times and spelled my email address fifty times, and still, they got it wrong. They phone you back but still manage to **** up the emai address. When you phone to speak to the dealer principal, he is not available, and they want to redirect your call to their booking department. Maybe the should scale down. They are agents for Jeep, Isuzu, Citroen, Opel blah blah blah, but they cannot do a simple booking. And all of this because Motus in Vereeniging is no longer servicing Citroens. So I have to drive all the way to the Glen for a service. A service they cant even book1 Pathetic.
