Williams Hunt The Glen Isuzu has shown me their deepest level of incompetence in coding a spare key for my Isuzu double cab. They had my car since Monday (01.09.2025) until today. No hope of coding the key. I am without transport and they don't seem to be bothered. Their communication is very little to nothing, often giving me the impression that they are doing me a favour. The workshop foreman promised to call me first thing this morning (04.09.2025), he didn't. I called him twice in the morning, goes to voice-mail when they transfer me to him. Called him again at 16h30 and he told me he worked on my car until 10am, but forgot to call me because he got busy. I just want my car back, and this is the last time I am ever gonna send my car to them.
I look up my usual accommodation at this hotel, go onto their website, pick a room and pay for in full R1 770.00 a day before. Upon getting to the hotel the next day, very tired from my work travel, having driven for over 7 hours o the road, instead of checking in a guy by the name of Themba and her female colleague at the reception they tell me my payment is incomplete, and rudely told me that if I don't pay the extra R15.00 for levy, I must forget about getting into the room, that I have fully paid for. I eventually left them and drove over 120km to Gauteng, as tired as I was. I have never ever met such *********** idiots in my life. But I guess one can't compare some cheap Tsogo Sun The Ridge nonsense to any top hotel brand that are out there. What a disgrace..!!!
Vodacom's horrible and non-existent customerbservice is ensuring that my Lockdown days are the most HORRIBLE EVER....No Connectivity. Your timing was perfect...my fibre, which has never been down before, but went down on Wed 25th March, no action, no feedback, SR200326-256073. Utterly useless!! I am very angry, and sad at the same time.
Vodacom is disgusting to say the least. They go around advertising good fibre deals. They promise an "interim solution" while the fibre network is being installed, whereby they give you the LTE ****le to start accessing internet immediately- like hell you do. Tomorrow will complete a full week of seven days since I received my router and ****le, but the equipment is still not activated. Everytime I call the useless consultant have a nerve to tell you that it has been escalated to the activations department. For crying out loud...was there no plan of getting this stupid equipment activated upon delivering it to my house. I am just piling up the so called SR numbers as if they are worth money - no service comes of it. I am not surprised though. Somehow I feel I asked for it. Vodacom continuously disappointed me for months, where they kept on adding unknown and never subscribed for charges on my contract until I deactivated the debit order. Only then they learnt to bill me only for what I used. The fibre stunt is not new - Vodacom is pathetic, period!!!!!
I am not sure if Vodacom is arrogant, useless, or shady... I started noticing a huge phone bill that basically doubled in one month. On closer inspection, I saw an item labelled "Vodafone Live". I was charged over a thousand rand for that line item only. I phoned customer care, the consultant said it's what you get when you download games on the internet. I DON'T PLAY GAMES!!!! THIS IS A WORK PHONE. I don't have time for games. She promised it will be sorted out. After that I started receiving sms's from companies that I've never heard of advising me of cancellation of subscriptions. She also said when debiting my account at month end it'll be minus the fraudulent amount of Vodafone Live. On my follow up today, nothing was done. Today I was told that my matter has not even been assigned to anyone. What annoyed me even more is that the Vodafone Live nonsense is still carrying on this month, and it is already at R1200.00...what nonsense!!! I'm told that after the cancellation I subscribed to new ones....UTTER RUBBISH!!!! I've been too loyal to Vodacom, unfortunately that makes them view me like a stupid dog, hence the treatment they give me. For the first time since 1997, I shall part ways. This means cancellation of all contracts. Change is as good as a holiday.
<p>Having reported my bank cards stolen with my bank on the very same day, Standardbank, I was notified that cards have been stopped and I will be issued with new cards in 5 working days. Cards were picked up 20 days after, but the credit card had more than 15 transactions starting 10 days before the card was picked up, 4 days after loss date. Reported again, fraud case opened and replacement card "stopped". Only 4 transactions were reversed. Following day, until today the transactions continue to pile up with no more reversals and still no solution!!!!!!!!!!!! How traumatic!!! This is an extension of my traumatic experienced from my experience of being mugged, thanks to my bank of 23 years.</p> <p>Can't get more motivated to change banks than I am at the moment. </p>
