I contacted the practice to arrange an appointment for my mother, who was suffering from severe trigeminal neuralgia, and I was met with kindness, patience, and genuine care. The team took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that we fully understood the process ahead. Their compassion and passion for their work truly shine through in every interaction. My mother was in significant pain, and Dr. Roux went above and beyond by rearranging his schedule and moving her surgery earlier by an entire week to accommodate her needs. This level of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. The follow-up care was just as remarkable. Dr. Roux and his staff checked in regularly—not as a formality, but because they truly cared about her wellbeing and recovery. Their warmth, professionalism, and humanity made an incredibly difficult time so much easier for our family. I cannot fully express how grateful I am that my mother received the best possible treatment from an outstanding neurosurgeon. Had coffee with spoiled milk in The morning, and the lovely lady changed it, and she apologized, my respons3 was its ok these things happen. Had spoilt milk im coffee again in the evening, same placr and she insisted it was the honey, of which i used in the morning. Total disregard or even an update on the coffee. She says the manager tasted the milk and its fine. We spent alot of money, we didn't want it for free. I paid the full bill and left without a tip.

I've been battling with Discovery Insure for nearly three weeks to resolve a simple issue that was affecting my credit score. I have been listed on experian for owing discovery money that nobody in discovery has knowledge of. Everyone and department I spoke to said I do not owe any money, every time I call I get told to wait 24 to 48 hours for a letter of good standing. then get told they cant give me a letter coz I dont owe them anything. Ive had to now cancel my policy with Discovery as this is affecting my credit score and they dont seem to be bothered. I will also be closing my bank account with Discovery and moving my Medical Aid.
We waited for 40 minutes and no body is telling us what's happening, I asked the staff and was ignored.
I can't remember the young Guys name that assisted me with an old account that was closed. But this young lad was amazing. The service and professionalism was brilliant. Extremely efficient, an asset to the business. I really want to join FNB again.
I would like to share an experience I had with the food at KFC TOTAL Petroport N2 Newlands west 24/03/2024 We were extremely hungry and decided to stop at KFC to have a quick meal and head home. The cashier took my order and we waited almost 20 minutes assuming the food would be fresh. To my surprise, the entire meal was cold. We were so hungry that we didn't even want to return it, afraid it may take longer. The chips, burger and chicken was cold like it was left in the fridge. I opened the bucket and that chicken was also closed. This is the 2nd time with this experience at this branch
I would like to write a review about Rain. I had endless issues from day 1 with Rain. I had no idea what to do, and when I called this evening. Dipesh Patil assisted right to the end and assured me he will sort the matter and he did. We need more people like this in the business he has restored my faith in Rain. Thank you Dipesh Patil.
Made a few transactions and boom account blocked for fraud. 4 to 5 days for it to be fixed whilst I have a medical emergency and all my funds are seized. No sense of urgency. No ownership for such a huge mess up. Sadly I won't be taking my business account to them, and inform friends and family.
