On the evening of November 19th 2025 I arrived at Bedford Gardens Hospital to collect a friend. It had been a long arduous journey and I thought I would get some refreshments from Dulce. I know it closes at 20h00. I arrived at 19 52 to find the doors closed. I waved at the female waitron who chose to ignore me. I then saw the manager approaching from the toilet and asked him the closing time in case I was mistaken. The abrupt response was' we are closed'. No Good Evening how may I help? Having been a hospitality professional for numerous years, this is a sad way to be treated. I am sure he could have just told me that everything was switched but he could assist with a cool drink and cold snack from the shop. Unfortunately this is indicative of employing to fill a position and highlights the following: A. Lack of empathy .... in a hospital setting B. No consideration C. No employee training in customer service. So would I visit this Dulce again. I would no consider: A. If the is no employee training for customer service, how will I be treated B. Is the hygiene protocol being trained and being performed adequately C. Do they deserve my hard earned money. Again, whilst I am white and used the being treated with hostility for an era I did not live through nor partake in, I do not accept the hositilty from someone who is a Manager. If the manager treats customers so appallingly, how do his employees treat customers. Poor poor poor

Ordered chick strips, avo, feta sandwich with double portion chips no salt/spice/sauce to be added as frail mum is diabetic. Realized on way home that spice and salt were added. Later same day on way to Dr's rooms I complained at Cafe & was told to collect another meal on my way from Dr. Next, Thabile and her crew said they can't give me another meal as I didn't bring the original meal. That is so distasteful as they are the cause of these mess, I'm very disappointed with the service I got from the staff of Fusion Bean Café.

Had coffee with spoiled milk in The morning, and the lovely lady changed it, and she apologized, my respons3 was its ok these things happen. Had spoilt milk im coffee again in the evening, same placr and she insisted it was the honey, of which i used in the morning. Total disregard or even an update on the coffee. She says the manager tasted the milk and its fine. We spent alot of money, we didn't want it for free. I paid the full bill and left without a tip.

Dulcie Cafe in Wilgeheuwel hospital has graet food and excellent customer service. They open as early as 06.30am, For patients and family members who come for treatment in the hospital. Best breakfast meals for everyone. They also cater for hospital staff at discounted prices. The manager listens to suggestions. They close late to make sure everyone eats.

Just went to buy lunch at the Dulce Cafe-Rustenburg (Peglerae) The lady at the till lacks good customer service. I ordered chips and russian, sat down and waited for my order, few minutes later this lady comes and slaps the food Infront of me and walks away,no word nothing. I was so annoyed See I've been here a couple of times as I work at Lancet,so this cafe is closer and convenient, but I must say that after today..I'd rather order my lunch somewhere else and have it delivered via MrD. A few of my colleagues have complained of the poor service given at that place. It sucks
