Ordered chick strips, avo, feta sandwich with double portion chips no salt/spice/sauce to be added as frail mum is diabetic. Realized on way home that spice and salt were added. Later same day on way to Dr's rooms I complained at Cafe & was told to collect another meal on my way from Dr. Next, Thabile and her crew said they can't give me another meal as I didn't bring the original meal. That is so distasteful as they are the cause of these mess, I'm very disappointed with the service I got from the staff of Fusion Bean Café.
A student Chiropractic named Angelique is amazing in ideed. In one of the session I attended on the 26th May 23 at 12:30, she was very attentive, friendly, efficient and professional. BIG up to Angelique, big up to University of Johannesburg!!!
A store manager, Samu was involved in a heated argument with three different customers. The scene was very ugly. I feel she could have made a difference by apologizing irrespective if she was right or wrong.
The consultant, Katlego at Cavendish Square was very unfriendly and unpolite and didn't have enough time for us as clients. I even asked her if we are delaying her. She ended up asking her colleague to come and help us complete our query without explaining why she's in a hurry to leave. I even told her colleague my complaint about her being unfriendly and not welcoming.
on Friday the 20th August 2021 at 11:03am, I called Surewipe to enquire about paper rolls delivery progress, a gentleman, Roland answered my call, i hello-ed him back and then there was silence. I said hello a number of times, my call was cut. I called again ,he answered ,I enquired about the cut, he replied rudely that there are lots of clients waiting to be served on the line he cant keep line open if I do not talk. We argued about that. I made my enquiry. Lastly I asked to be connected to the manager and then my line was cut again.
Specialist Sebenzile and Sian made sure I leave Dischem Saloon a happy customer. Sebenzile did all her best to compensate me after a miscommunication experienced wrt my wants, big up to her, she has won my heart! I had done my eye brows the previous day & was unhappy, Sian fixed them. BIG UP to both of them, and big up to Dischem - Green stone!
Collected my Pizza #4198695, realized when reached home that a receipt has been thrown on top of Pizza inside a box. Disgusting and unhygienic esp in this time of Covid 19, has that paper been sanitised? Had to throw away the Pizza!!! Wasted my money!
