Money finally received.
See my bad review above concerning ****** money from my card which the bank delayed in paying me back. Well, they have now paid it all back to me, so I'm satisfied. Sybille is the one to talk to if you need to get things done.

*******ion at Olympus Mobile (Diamond Cash)
Two bad experiences with Olympus Mobile bank. 1. Discovery health insurance paid into my bank a health claim. But Olympus Mobile (Diamond Cash) took the money for themselves and didn't deposit it into my account. Finally after chasing and proving it with proof of payment from Discovery, they paid it in. Now I am busy chasing other payments from Discovery to me that they didn't pass on to me. 2. A ***** case. Someone used my Olympus Mobile debit card details *****ulently to purchase something online at a value of approx R7000. Legally, the Bank has to pay me back since I hadn't consented. I had to fill in loads of forms with them, then a few months later they sent me to the police to open a file, then more signatures and more forms etc etc. When it came to actually paying me - nothing. I'm chasing and chasing and always get excuses, but no money. It's now a year later with obviously no plan to pay me back. Olympus Mobile seems to be a ******* bank. I moved my money elsewhere and telling the same to all friends. I'm happy to edit my review when and if I receive my payments.
