late coming of funds into my account
my money was paid Friday into my Solmate account and to date I haven't received my funds. All along they have been good but for the past 3 month their services are pathetic and I cant trust doing further transactions with them

Un-reachable help desk & shocking response time.
I have been trying to get a response from someone at Olympus Mobile Bank now since 22 July. Over 3 weeks and no progress! No-one responds to email queries on the "info" or "help" email addresses, except for an automated email response and ticket number. The listed phone number on their website has been discontinued. The head office number places you on hold, however no one answers and then the call gets dropped after a few minutes. Heaven only help someone trying to stop a card or deal with an urgent issue.

Money finally received.
See my bad review above concerning ****** money from my card which the bank delayed in paying me back. Well, they have now paid it all back to me, so I'm satisfied. Sybille is the one to talk to if you need to get things done.

*******ion at Olympus Mobile (Diamond Cash)
Two bad experiences with Olympus Mobile bank. 1. Discovery health insurance paid into my bank a health claim. But Olympus Mobile (Diamond Cash) took the money for themselves and didn't deposit it into my account. Finally after chasing and proving it with proof of payment from Discovery, they paid it in. Now I am busy chasing other payments from Discovery to me that they didn't pass on to me. 2. A ***** case. Someone used my Olympus Mobile debit card details *****ulently to purchase something online at a value of approx R7000. Legally, the Bank has to pay me back since I hadn't consented. I had to fill in loads of forms with them, then a few months later they sent me to the police to open a file, then more signatures and more forms etc etc. When it came to actually paying me - nothing. I'm chasing and chasing and always get excuses, but no money. It's now a year later with obviously no plan to pay me back. Olympus Mobile seems to be a ******* bank. I moved my money elsewhere and telling the same to all friends. I'm happy to edit my review when and if I receive my payments.

This company is a ****, I had purchased an item due to a special they had. I was skeptical at first to make a purchase but they reassured me that I should trust them and I would receive my parcel. Since I sent the money nothing was sent to me in terms of tracking parcel nothing. I have screenshots and numbers, all I want is my money back
