No U18 dependent flight discount - misleading advertising
Don't expect to get a discount for your child onto an unaccompanied flight. Somewhere in the small print they have subtilty changed the rules.

Un-reachable help desk & shocking response time.
I have been trying to get a response from someone at Olympus Mobile Bank now since 22 July. Over 3 weeks and no progress! No-one responds to email queries on the "info" or "help" email addresses, except for an automated email response and ticket number. The listed phone number on their website has been discontinued. The head office number places you on hold, however no one answers and then the call gets dropped after a few minutes. Heaven only help someone trying to stop a card or deal with an urgent issue.

Shocking after sales service
After buying a vehicle for cash, I am still waiting for my registration documents 5 weeks later. I have made numerous calls, sent countless online queries with ZERO replies or feedback. No-one seems to know what is going on. You get contacted daily when you show interest in a vehicle, however once they have your cash there is no more interest in you or your queries.

Great Service
We recently purchased a used vehicle from McCarthy Mobeni. I was impressed with their service and attention to detail, however what really stood out was their willingness to make sure everything was in order after we had already bought the vehicle and keeping to their word. They are a business with good integrity.
