The advertised product and the real product looks nothing a like. I took pictures of it. On the all star box the burger was missing garnish and sauce. There was only 2 chips inside the box. The bun was old of the burger. The fully loaded box meals also the burgers was missing garnish and sauce. It was only a dry bun with a piece of chicken and cheese thats it!! Its pathetic and its the 3rd time that its happening to me, i thought i will leave it the first few times but now i actually want to go to the newspaper to show everyone what your so called best is. The staff is so under experienced they had the order wrong 3 times. I had to remind them each time of what i orderd. And had to correct them each time with an item. This is really not good for kfc.
This has become the worst network in South-Africa by far. Never had i 5G network on my phone, not even 4G. Only 2 bars signal no matter where i am. I won't recommend you too anyone anytime. We pay so much for data, just so that we can't use the F#@$** network due to low coverage. Stick your network so far up your ... and pray for signal.
if I can post on 0 stars I would. I must pay my account in full every month but sit with a 0.89mbs upload and 0.21mbs download speed for more than a month now. the call service doesn't answer, and they never call back. not even the sales team wants to answer me now for 3 days running.
I app**** for a contract more than a month ago, all the documentation I send was approved and i was waiting for response from vodacom. 2 weeks ago i app**** again for the same contact due to no response from the first application. This time i am naming the person, Kaitlyn Singh did my application 2 weeks ago and yet again after numerous times of calling and vodacom blocking my number due to much calling activities and still NO RESPONSE from vodacom, i had to call again and do the application for the third time. This is pathetic from vodacom, i am waisting my time and airtime on a network that does not value existing customers who wants to use more of vodacom. And to top it all everywhere i go there is almost no network availability as well. If this is how they want to do business then i might as well cancel everything and move to mtn or so.
