From the security personnel at the entrance to those directing people to the relevant departments, everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. A special thank you to the gentleman who assisted me. He welcomed me with a smile, allowed me to ask as many questions as needed, and ensured I fully understood the process. Despite being busy training a new staff member, he remained patient and professional, creating a comfortable learning environment for her as well.
