I am recently not pleased at all with how Moya app especially the Moya Quiz is being run.I have submitted complains and reviews to help desk about the glitche that the app has when we are playing the Moya Quiz, we are not even told that the Quiz has a glitche and what they are doing to make sure the Quiz runs smoothly
I am so unpleased with how capitec handled my issue of my money on hold for three months now ever since I received the status of my case never was I contacted again.Been given a run around instead of them releasing my money since I submitted my affidavit.
I'm happy that my account was unfrozen but I'm really not happy that my money is on hold until now.
My account is frozen I've sent necessary documents needed I just now need my account to be active so I can be able to use my account. It's frustrating that I cannot use my account.
They have been around for some time now.What's interesting more about then is their affordable plans that cater for everyone.They also have the best customer service.
The company is very reliable with its fast payment system. It also has very interesting projects that are insightful and mind blowing.
