Rental Pro’s poor management at Grand central apartment

Living here has been nothing but unpleasant. The agent called Katlego or whatever he is so rude and unprofessional. Every time you climb or walk down those stairs it feels as though you’re about to fall. I came into this flat and it wasn’t cleaned or painted. They don’t fumigate so the ****roaches are mad crazy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come and stay in this hell hole. You can go days without running water or electricity (of which you pay for by the way). There’s no management onsite so if ever you run into a problem in the weekend you’ll only be assisted after the weekend. The noise is unbearable. They drag their feet when they have to pay you back your deposit and come up with stories as to why you won’t be getting your full deposit back. If there was a zero rating for this place I would definitely give them that. I know desperation can lead you astray but don’t come and stay in this he’ll hole even if it’s the last place on earth.
