It's The Roaches' Place, You're Their Tenant
Lived here since 2023 and it is horrible. Apart from the noise (which I don't mind cause I make music), its constant water cuts and high electricity charges make it even more horrible. The ABSOLUTE WORST THING is the ****ROACHES. JESUS CHRIST YOU WILL GO MAD TRYING TO KILL THESE THINGS. From foggers and sachets to industrial sprays, THEY ALWAYS COME BACK. It's honestly depressing because your place will never feel clean with them around. And they are everywhere, from the kitchen to the bedroom. EVERYWHERE. Thank **** I'm moving out next month.

Poor service from Jimmy
I spoke to one the agents after seeing a listing for the apartment on private property, I called the agent listed on the apartment and she told me I could come through I asked her if I can come at 17:00 because I was coming from far she agreed I got there 15 min before the agreed time and I tried contacting her multiple times. After countless attempts of trying to reach her I went to the office where the building manager Jimmy looked at me and locked his door he didn’t once acknowledge me or even try figure out what I’m doing there, this was extremely disrespectful and borderline unprofessional

Nightmare experience
The worst place to stay, noise, ****roaches, no security and when you leave the Agents find reasons not to pay back your deposit. I moved out on 1 June and I am struggling to get my deposit back from Selma of Flif Supreme, anyone renting under this woman, be warned and forget about getting your deposit once you leave the place.

Nightmare experience
The worst place to stay, noise, ****roaches, no security and when you leave the Agents find reasons not to pay back your deposit. I moved out on 1 June and I am struggling to get my deposit back from Selma of Flif Supreme, anyone renting under this woman, be warned and forget about getting your deposit once you leave the place.

Grand Central - Absolute NO NO.
Probably the worst place to rent in Midrand. Been here since 2023 and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Constant power outages that last up to a week, consistent water cutouts and a barrage of ****roaches. THE ****ROACHES. I’ve tried everything in my power to fend them off, to no success. Fumigation is expensive for me(I’m a student). There also isn’t any “real” safety and security due to very minimal access control. I’ve also had a leak in my kitchen a while ago and you’d be lucky if maintenance responds. Highly recommend you DON’T move here.

**** ****, Run for your life, all places in Midrand are better than this ****mers, they don't paint nor clean the apartment and you had already paid your deposit which you won't get, the dividends from your deposit is taken by them on top of that

If only giving a negative star rating was possible
In the space of 2 years I had four leaks, my so called agent never took my calls during this time, I had to threaten them with court for them to act. Do not accept Elizabeth as your agent. The lack of interest from body corporate, one winter day we had to stop Mike from leaving after we hadn't had electricity for almost a week. You will never get your deposit back when you leave, it is best you rather not pay the last month's rent. The one I will never forget was during my 15th month staying there my dad passed away. I zoned out and forgot everything, went to bury my old man. While I watching the coffin go down the office called demanding rent, I explained that it wasn't internal - that I was dealing with the loss of a family member, that I am currently at the cemetery and the coffin is going down. I will make payment the next day. Unfortunately that lady wasn't having it. I just hung the phone and told myself I will deal with whatever legal action they bringing when I come back to Joburg. This showed me they do not have compassion and they see us as money machines. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Rental Pro’s poor management at Grand central apartment
Living here has been nothing but unpleasant. The agent called Katlego or whatever he is so rude and unprofessional. Every time you climb or walk down those stairs it feels as though you’re about to fall. I came into this flat and it wasn’t cleaned or painted. They don’t fumigate so the ****roaches are mad crazy. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come and stay in this hell hole. You can go days without running water or electricity (of which you pay for by the way). There’s no management onsite so if ever you run into a problem in the weekend you’ll only be assisted after the weekend. The noise is unbearable. They drag their feet when they have to pay you back your deposit and come up with stories as to why you won’t be getting your full deposit back. If there was a zero rating for this place I would definitely give them that. I know desperation can lead you astray but don’t come and stay in this he’ll hole even if it’s the last place on earth.

WORST APARTMENT IVE STAYED IN.
DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!!! Listen, you will stay a week without electricity and water and all they will say is " we dont know when it will come back " The dont maintain their apartments. The stoves are old , the place gets cleaned ones in a while, the management dont care , but if you pay a day later they will be on your neck like crazy.... but when its their turn to fix problems they go mute... This place is horror to live in.. before you move in they will assist you with EVERYTHING after moving in YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. Stay in this apartment at your own risk... our car was broken in , the windows were broken and NO ONE did anything we had to call cops ourselves, all they told us was about their DISCLAIMER. This place is not SAFE!
