Poor service from Jimmy

I spoke to one the agents after seeing a listing for the apartment on private property, I called the agent listed on the apartment and she told me I could come through I asked her if I can come at 17:00 because I was coming from far she agreed I got there 15 min before the agreed time and I tried contacting her multiple times. After countless attempts of trying to reach her I went to the office where the building manager Jimmy looked at me and locked his door he didn’t once acknowledge me or even try figure out what I’m doing there, this was extremely disrespectful and borderline unprofessional
