Grand Central - Absolute NO NO.

Probably the worst place to rent in Midrand. Been here since 2023 and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. Constant power outages that last up to a week, consistent water cutouts and a barrage of ****roaches. THE ****ROACHES. I’ve tried everything in my power to fend them off, to no success. Fumigation is expensive for me(I’m a student). There also isn’t any “real” safety and security due to very minimal access control. I’ve also had a leak in my kitchen a while ago and you’d be lucky if maintenance responds.

Highly recommend you DON’T move here.
