BIG NO WOW....I had to change cars at Europcar Meadowdale, no inspection was done and I used the car then was called to come and exchange again because the car was going for auction, they then claimed after I left that there was damages to the car, upon reviewing some of the limited pictures on their inspection sheet, it showed the damage was already there before I got the car and they missed it, it was proven but now because the other damage there's no picture of that side on the sheet side they want to blame me, I keep telling them they missed both damages and I requested footage from them, they 1st said they'll send the footage and they again say they can't zoom the footage, but they are refusing to send the footage, they want me to pay for their mistake which is a no no..it's been weeks, you call they say the person handling your case is onleave and they take days to respond to emails
This guys are so polite and nice that you give them every benefit of a doubt only to then realize from so many stories that the biggest ****** in the world are the nicest and well mannered people, bought a car from them, they told me the car only had one owner and full service which isn't true, the sunroof doesn't close properly when driving you can hear the air from outside like you have windows opened, the boot let's dust, within two weeks got an error, told them and agreed with the sales guy(Brad) that'll I'll get it checked, took it to mercedez and was told the pump and other stuff needs to be changed, did urgent pump changes for +14000 and told this to them, to only come back and say I should have brought it to them as I was charged a lot..fine we agreed that they'll do the remaining parts that need to be changed but they have been promising and so politely that you believe they care, two months later same promises and excuses and in less than 3 months the car already requires major service.. in two week of having a car..pumps needs to be changed and v-belts needs to be changed..major service needs to be done..that's additional +50k...this tells me I am dealing with a **** dealership..so many issues at once surely they knew and decided to go ahead and ****, I have been advised that by law(section56) if the car is problematic within 6 months it can be returned..that's more money on lawyers but I am hoping this guys will resolve this issues b4 we go that route.. I feel like they are delaying me to reach the 6 months, won't let that happen

**** ****, Run for your life, all places in Midrand are better than this ****mers, they don't paint nor clean the apartment and you had already paid your deposit which you won't get, the dividends from your deposit is taken by them on top of that
Only moved here a few days back but already fed up with this place, was lied to and some of their guards have attitude problems, I asked before moving in if I won’t have a problem with my girlfriend visiting me as she doesn’t stay with me because of her job, told as long as she’s got an id it’s all cool, now after signing the contract I had problem when she came, told them I want to move since I felt cheated but they want me to pay for breach of contract, how about their dishonesty in luring me here under false pretenses, if you explain rules then explain all of the rules not just favourable ones
