Very poor customer service
I am Soo disappointed with FLEXI CITY CONNECT BUS these people to they are so ****med me.its a second time I'm writing about to them.ive app**** for a refund from the 6th of this month till today when I called I was told that they will deposit the money on Thursday till today.

I booked 3 tickets for the wrong date I made mistake now since yesterday morning I've been trying to get hold of them now one is answering the phone..and I don't have money to buy another ticket i just wanted them to change the date
