I've been waiting for a refund since July 2023. It's ben a year, no answers on the so called "Family Portal" ticket system. I finally got a hold of their financial department on 010 142 0300 3 weeks ago, They told me to call them after a week to get an update on the process and now it is an automated call system that refers you to basic email that you also do not get any replies on. I don't think I will ever see my money again.

People hacking Facebook accounts and posting on the profiles how the people got money, etc. Do not fall for this. my mother was a victim
