I have subscribed to Webmail for several years. 6 months ago they decided to charge for their services - having all of my info via WEBMAIL, I was compelled to remain and pay for the 6 month charged service. Last week they debited my account - no prior reminder or notification. I logged a support query with them advising that I did not require the service as there were various options on free such services, and I had subscribed to already. This was not a debit - it went off as a card purchase. They immediately removed my access to the account, but no refund on the amounts taken. NIL response to the queries to them. The subs are paid upfront. This is typical of rogue-like behavior!!!! I will take this further.
