I please need to warn people of going onto this website to buy parts for your apple computers, like screen covers etc... They do not answer email, they do not answer phone calls, nor do they return any phone calls or messages! How can you run a business like this?? I ordered an item with express delivery as they promise but nothing has arrived three day later nor is there any communication on updates or status of the order! I have been trying to make contact with Mweb for almost two weeks but absolutely no luck, if you try call you stay on the line for over half an hour! if you try contact them on their website on a chat button, they are absolutely rude and obnoxious and cut you off with any intent to help! I don't know how else to get to cancel the fibre account? this is absolutely a disgusting service. please be careful if you want to get their service because you can't get out!
I have subscribed with Mweb for a while now, but due to changes I need to close my account with them. I have tried to look for a cancelation button or page on their website but nothing like that is available. The only thing you can do is to transfer their services. I have tried to call them to which you have to go through a whole exhausting process, then you sit and wait for over 20 to 30 minutes at a time, to then get cut off! I have tried contacting them on the chat button on their website but to no avail. I dont know how else to reach them and it's now become frustrating. Really disappointed with Mweb that you cant cancel as easy as it is to join.
I purchased a brand new Galaxy Z Fold3 5G phone from vodacom, the phone has lasted about a month and it's gone pear shaped where two vodacom stores have been exceptionally helpful but unable to fix the phone. It has had to be booked in! 😡 this is very very annoying and disappointing for a product of this caliber and price may I add to have issues like this. It has had to be sent in who knows where with no follow up or service indicating status! Disgusting. At this point I want the phone replaced not repaired. If you looking at this brand make sure you get it from a certified service provider and read the fine print.
It is with great sadness and exhoustion to have to write this, but like so many people in Jhb, where all the buzz is supposed to happen, there is a lethargic and repetitively questionable standard of service... To get to the point this is about 'trying' to get into the usability of fibre optic usage. As fibre optic is supposed to be a wow factor my experience has been a headache of a ride to the point i dont know where to turn to any more and just cannot get final resolution on this matter. Fibre optic cable has been installed by vuma, internet usability is mweb, and to top it all a selected top of the range netgear router, and even more cheries on the top i went for 200 up and 200 down fibre optic useage. Now after all this wow factor it still doesnt work... it's dead. I dont know which way to turn any more because no one is prepared to come to your premises, its only done over the phone. Having said that in a contradictory statement some people at mweb have been courteous and helpful but when i put down the phone 2 minutes later we back to square one. Can anybody please advise on a really trustworthy service provider that can walk out and not have to be called back in again 2 days later. It woould be highly appreciated! The router for that matter can't even reach 10m!! Really! Is the type of parts we have to pay for, and have all this turmoil. I just want to get on with things. Not keep going backwards... :-(
