I had my car towed to Nissan Woodmead in AMS on 16 March due to a wheel issue. Since then, I've had no updates on the diagnosis or repair duration despite multiple attempts to call. The lack of communication is disappointing and unsatisfactory. Would not recommend without improvement in service

Connected without internet, always when I call I will be referred to whatsapp for engineering that will take for ever to answer but still the issue is not resolved, I've been complaining about the connection for 3 months,it's fixed for 2 minutes then boom no internet.and the is no loadshedding, service its from bad to worse I won't refer anyone to this disappointing service provider
I have two days without internet when I call its always a tower outage and they don't know the restoration time.Be advice that you wait for a consultant for more than 2 hours to respond.ikeja use to be the best haibo!now it's like a political party.Its like they are doing a favor to help you.
