Paying for 250Mbps download and 250Mbps upload but getting 90Mbps and a very unstable 90Mbps.I livestream gameplay and my streams look like 480p.Super grainy and dropping frames. No Metrofiber the problem is not on my side it's on yours.I have sent you 15 images on X but you only once rep**** and nothing. It's like you are splitting broadband between clients or you are throttling. I think Metrofiber bit off more then they could handle comming into people's homes.You should of stayed outside planting main fiber cable's.My ticket started the 16th of October 2024 and NOTHING has been done.You PAY for 250Mbps and you GET 90Mbps. 🤑Metrofibers motto🤑
Don't trust these people to much. They do ok work but they are sub-par.If anyone knows of a more reliable business that does the same type of work I would go there before I go to Delta 5.I hope they get better at what they try to do because it may be in them to think harder and make it work.
The 30679 number you sms when you have a problem the bank it self can't solve is a joke.I had a problem with my credit card and I sat over an hour to a hour and a half with 5 different Capitec phone operators and no one could help on a bill that I must not pay from Capitec Bank.They kept putting me through to someone else and then just disconnect the line and cut me off.SUPER *********** CAPITEC STAFF(30679)Even my Capitec bank said I should not pay the amount that is a debit order from Capitec and the bank will automatically take off my credit card.Making steps to ABSA or Nedbank.Funnies thing is there is a "website" that says CAPITEC is the number 1 bank in the world🤣The true rating of Capitec is like a 2 star.... CAPITEC Bank will close over night one of these days.I give them 3 years max.. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THE 30679 NUMBER THAT CALLS YOU BACK .
