Thikho event is a ****
I bought two tickets for a show that had to be held on the 16th of March 2025 which was then cancelled. I have been doing follow ups on the issue and have been requested 3 times to send my banking details so they can make the payment but till today the payment has not been made. I was notified on the 3rd of March of the cancellation and ordered for the refund to be made. After two weeks they said that they pay 7 days after the anticipated day of the event, which is the 16th, therefore the money had to be paid by the 26th of March considering the public holiday on the 21st as well. Given all the complaints on Hellopeter how is this events company still in operation. Consumers are not protected at all from these people because they are ****mers

Worst customer service
Worst service I have ever received from this gym especially when it comes to cancellations. I came at the beginning of the month to cancel my membership at the end of the month . Was told to come in the middle of the month and I emphasised that I want to end the gym use at the end of the month. Once I paid I was not allowed to get access to the gym on the 20th and no one could assist. I’m so disgusted by this gym and will never agree or advise anyone to be join it.
