Bad delivery service and communication
I'm certainly unhappy with the service I purchased Spikes on Sunday till today I haven't heard anything from them.I called on Monday afternoon they said orders from Sunday will be processed on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning, I should expect them on Wednesday. I called this morning 11 March was told I should've been called by now they will find out and get back to me ,which never happened. I'm highly disappointed with SportSA I even choose a fast delivery option (paid extra) even when I had a free delivery option I still choose to pay for a faster one cause my son needs those shoes urgently. What a terrible service

Unreliable shop
I bought Brooks glycerin gts running shoe end of March 2025 and I ran a marathon with it. I had a discomfort that I've never experienced for past 3 years running with this type of shoe. It's only the latest of it that gave me problems . I reported it to SportSA and they told me that they can't refund me as the shoe does not have a problem and maybe its not suitable running for me. They said they'll give discount if I buy another with them. They don't don't want to admit that the running shoe has got a cushioning problem.

Unreliable shop

SportSa stole my money
I ordered a pair of spikes from SportSA. I received an email stating that I can getv10% of my first order of I enter the dicount code into my order - which I did. And guess what, I did NOT receive my discount. I contacted them telling about the 10% and received a message feom Clint that they can not do amything about it now, but tbey can offer me a 10%discount voucher for my next buy. Meani g, that I have to wnrich them, AGAIN, in order to get my 10% discount as I was supposed to, as offered by them. Be careful when buying from SportSA, they have no conscience in *****ing money from you...

I recently purchased a pair of Asics from SportSA online and had a fantastic experience. Not only did I find the best price compared to other retailers, but the delivery was incredible fast. In fact, they shipped my order just 3 hours after payment, which really exceeded my expectations. I'm extremely satisfied with the level of service and efficiency I received from SportSA and I highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality athletic gear and outstanding customer service.
