They informed the insurance company that my car was being assembled, but when someone went to check physically, the car was only being stripped. When I collected my car, the bonnet was not aligned properly. They also told me they had refilled the gas, but that was not done. After only two days of having my car back, I noticed an overwhelming gas smell. When I opened the bonnet, we found a petrol pipe leaking and burst — something that was never an issue before the accident. They asked me to leave the car so they could fix it, but I refused and waited there instead. They replaced the petrol pipe with one taken from another car and only then refilled the gas. Very bad service, extremely disappointing, and they take far too long to fix cars. Their customer service is also very poor.
